What are the calculations, what are they used for, how to use them?
What are the calculations?
The calculations represent a ScyFin resource used to display and calculate transactions between two dates.
You can choose one or multiple categories from which you want to display and calculate the transactions.
How to use the calculations?
- Start date: 12/01/2022 = 1st of December, 2022
- End date: 01/01/2023 = 1st of January, 2023
You can use our calculations feature from the calculations page.
There you can see two input boxes, one for the categories selection and the other for the dates choosing.
Example of a calculation:
In the above example you can see 3 categories as an input: clothes, food and house.
Also, in the right section, the input dates are 12/01/2022 - 01/01/2023. The input dates format is MM/DD/YYYY.

After you sort the transactions, the menus below are displayed:
1) Total sum of transactions for each selected categories in the selected period of time:
2) A table containing all the transactions from the selected interval:
Summary
You can use the calculations to view details (such as grouped total sums by categories) about your transactions, when we talk about amounts.
